An entirely Italian and completely natural product, made only with high-quality pork meat and salt, with no preservatives and additives.
This is the sweetest part of Prosciutto (the lower part of the leg), and results in smaller slices than Fiocchetto. It comes from a large pig and has undergone a long curing process. It represents our platinum quality.
It is deboned and vacuum packed
